One- to Three-Day Session


SMILES Operator Course

SMILES 101 prepares your team to operate the SMILES system. Operators are trained in the usage of each device SMILES will be replacing at your site. Course length varies from one to three days depending on the number of different devices in use. This course includes classroom and lab work. Topics of this course will include:

SMILES 201
Three- to Five- Day Session


SMILES Certified Technician Course

SMILES 201 prepares your technical support staff to operate and maintain the SMILES system. Upon completion, attendees will be authorized to service SMILES units in the field without voiding warranty. Course length varies from three to five days depending on the number of different devices in use. Topics of this course will include:
