Mr. Carter brings proven leadership in growing companies in Military and Defense and Commercial Technology Markets. Mr. Carter will apply his industry experience and business acumen at Sabtech to drive the company's expansion into new markets and technologies in support of C4ISR for the U.S. and its partners worldwide.

Mr. Carter has extensive experience leading companies in the acceleration of their growth; identifying unmet needs in the market place and developing products and services to meet those needs. Mr. Carter has over 25 years of experience in the design, development, manufacturing, test and support of military systems.

Mr. Carter started his career in the Navy where he was assigned to the Naval Ocean Systems Center to support the JTIDS program. Mr. Carter continued his career at Litton Industries, General Signal and other International Corporations where he held increasing roles of responsibility in Engineering and Operations.

Mr. Carter has been a President and C-Level Executive in several companies, including Staco Systems and Comtel Electronics where he excelled at turning the ambitions of people and strategic vision into achievements.
