RMA Procedure

Sabtech Industries offers a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) program so that we may serve our customers throughout the life cycle of our products. Please follow the directions below and our staff will be in touch with you shortly by phone or email with an RMA number so that you may process your request with Sabtech.

  1. Fill out the RMA request form below and submit.
  2. After we send you your RMA number, please package the product securely to prevent shipping damage and return to:

    Attn: RMA#__________ (insert RMA#)


  3. RMA# must be written visibly on the outside of the box.
