The Swift PCI NTDS Serial Type D and E interface provides a communications bridge between commercial computers with PCI slots, and military computers and peripherals using MIL-STD-1397C Type D and E for their communications with other devices.

Two independent DMA channels allow the Swift to support simultaneous input and output operations. Both 3.3V and 5V signaling are support on the PCIbus.
