Export License Policy
This document explains Sabtech Industries policy when a US Department of State Export License is required and the information needed to process an export license application. Sabtech will apply for US Department of State Export License for any product under the ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) classification.
US Department of State Export Licenses are required for shipments to certain foreign countries. This policy applies to any shipments which meet the following criteria:
Any product sold to a foreign country which has dual use (Commercial and/or Military), will require an Export License
The following information will be required from foreign end user and intermediate consignee to process an Export License application:

• The following information should be included on your purchase order:
» End user details (please include end user's company name, physical location or street address, phone number and point of contact)
» Intermediate consignee address, if applicable (Sabtech distributor or representative, physical location or street address, and point of contact)

• Information to be provided in a separate Letter of Intent (on a company letterhead) prepared by either the end user or intermediate consignee (distributor or representative):
» Specific end use (Please provide clear and specific details about the end use and application for the product)
» End user details (please include end user's company name, physical location or street address, phone number and point of contact)
» Letter of Intent must be signed by company official.

Note
The Export License approval process could take up from 30-90 days. Although Sabtech will typically apply for an Export License immediately upon receipt of your Purchase Order and letter of intent, the process and timeline for license approval is entirely at the discretion of the US Department of State, over which Sabtech has no control.
